Everyone is so busy in their life in which they forget to maintain their health as they do not have much time to go to a gym and sweat for few hours and develop the abs.

Although matching the trend of abs is not a compulsion but maintaining your body fitness should be. So one should work out come what may, to stay fit if not for abs on muscleandfitness.

But how do one manage to go to gym in this busy schedule? Well you need not spend your time to go to gym to stay fit, you can do it at the comfort zone of your own house. So do I need to buy a gym equipment kit?

No! you do not even need to spend your money on this equipment kit, you have to just spend a hour of your day and dedicate it to exercises.

This article will guide you how can men workout being home and without any such equipment.

Let us note down things that you will need for workout without any equipment.

  1. A bottle filled with warm water.
  2. Shorts or track pants whatever is comfortable for you.
  3. A t- Shirt or a jersey would do which doesn’t stick to your body.
  4. Dedication.

Now moving on to the exercises that one should perform without any equipment, here is the list –

  1. Push Up’s– Old trick and you have tried it but didn’t work for you? Felt too exhausted? Maybe you are not doing it properly? Push-ups are done by lying down on your stomach and lifting your upper body with the help of your arms and legs.

One must initially start with only 10 reps and should only extend the number of push ups if they really feel that they are ready for it.

And to make sure you are having and effective working out, you go down enough at the time of dip and then make sure you are with an average speed while lifting not too slow or too fast.

It helps a person to work on his –

  1. Arms
  2. Chest
  3. Shoulders
  4. And somewhat even your legs.
  1. Sit Up’s – Everyone might have tried this exercise at least once when they were a kid, during their P.T. session.  Very easy to do and not even complicated, but very effective.

Lying down on the floor you have to bend your knees 45degrees and lift your shoulders till you reach your knees.

In case you want an efficient effect on it doesn’t hold your knees to pull yourself up do it yourself and make sure you keep your hands in a crossed position behind your head.

It helps to work on –

  1. Muscles
  2. Abdomen, basically your upper body.
  3. Neck.

Make sure you go for only 25 reps as a beginner and then gradually increase the number when you feel you are good to go.

3) Front Plank – A little tough exercise comparatively but one can go for it without any trouble. For this exercise you have be on the ground facing the ground on your stomach and lift yourself up with the help of your elbows.

It is very effective and one must start with the count of 5 only in the beginning and you have to complete one dip in 45seconds max.

It helps to work on-

  1. Muscles
  2. Abdomen, basically your upper body.
  3. Lower back of your body.
  1. Leg ups-  For doing leg ups one should be mentally trained cause it is not easy as it seems, you have to lay down on the floor on your back and keep your arms at the side, lift your leg up and down slowly without using your hands for any support.

Start with only 2 sets of 10 counts.

It helps to work on –

  1. Upper body /Abdomen.
  2. Legs.
  1. Slide Plank – Very important for one who wants better arm muscles, slide plank is their thing as a person has to balance whole of his body using his arms.

It is just very similar to the normal planks but it is just sideways, one has to do each side for at least 10 times and make sure he tales 30 seconds each side.

It helps you to work on –

  1. Abdomen.
  2. The sides of your stomach and mainly the core of your stomach.
  1. Rest– everyone should have a session of 15 minutes rest in their work out session of after the work out session. To calm your body down as it has just got done with a lot of stress together. So Drink your warm bottle and lie down on the floor for 15 minutes and relax.

Do not overload yourself with excessive of exercises or directly start working after the workout session because that will enable the body to develop more of stressed hormones which are not good for your health.

Remember these exercises are for you to stay fit and not to develop hard core abs, so you need not stress much. And relaxing is also a form of exercise one should necessarily perform after their work out session.

So here are the 6 important sorts of exercises which one can go for without hesitating that they do not have any equipment and do not have the time to go to gyms.

Cause now you need not do all that and can work out at the comfort zone of your own house, and now you cannot even give silly excuses for not working out.

Staying fit should not be excused by anyone and make sure you are spending your 1 hr of the day with these basic workout exercises to maintain yourself.
