Staying fit and staying trendy can work hand in hand and one can do it just be following some simple exercise routine, everyone must know that even though you do not want to reduce weight as such exercise should be a part of your routine to stay healthy and avoid any kind of sickness as it helps your immune system to be even stronger than before.

How to do it?

  1. Lunge twists are easy all you have to do is stand with maintaining a gap between your hips and legs apart.
  2. Keep both your hands in front and in a parallel position.
  3. Take step with your right leg and sit down 90 degrees whereas the left leg still is behind in the same position behaving as a support.
  4. Make sure your spinal cord is straight and is not bent.
  5. Twists your upper body to the right and then to your left.
  6. Repeat this exercise at least 15 times a day.
  1. Bending side to side – One more very effective exercise to lose belly is this, familiar among people and good going exercise is bending side to side.

It is very simple to do and not exhausting.

How to do?

  1. Stand still and spread your legs, maintain a gap between both your feet
  2. Lift your right hand and bend towards your left side and then do it the other side too!
  3. Do it for at least 25 times as a beginner and your tummy area will start sweating and you will realize you are burning your calories.
  1. Jogging – Every individual should engage in this physical activity to stay fit. It not only helps you to reduce your overall body weight but also helps you to reduce your belly fat.

Jogging is very effective and even shows faster response to your body.  It is a form of aerobics exercise and it even helpful for fighting obesity.

One should go for it empty stomach and early morning is more preferable and jogging is not running people mess up the two words.

Jogging is slow running you need not run fast all you have to do is hop a bit while slow running and make sure you do it for at least 45 minutes to 1 hr and only then you will be able to see those effects on your body.

One feels a little exhausted as they are beginners but they can still try for about 25 minutes to 30 minutes in the pool. And try to repeat it at least 2 times a week.

These lists of exercises are basic and need not need any gym for a person to go and burn their calories down and reduce their belly fat, just be consistent while doing these exercises and make sure you repeat them time and time again and do not stress yourself for doing these exercises beyond a limit.

Have a small start and do it for some time and eventually increase it when you feel you are fine with it and do have the capacity to do it. Stressing yourself to do exercises beyond your capacity and stamina will only harm your health and will not benefit you.
